Why can't i see a preview instantly of my Bespoke Funeral Stationery?
Because we are helping you create a unique piece of stationery, we need a few hours to accommodate your information into the design of your choice.  You can rest assured that our designers are working hard to ensure your exact requirements are met and we guarantee that you will see a proof via email within 24 hours of placing your order.

Can I choose a different image to use in your designs?
Yes you can. We are more than happy to find you an image to fit your requirements. Just fill in the special request form in stage 2 of the order process. 

Can i add a picture of my loved one to the designs?
Yes you can. There is an upload area during step 3 of the order process.  

How can I pay?
We accept all major Debit and Credit cards: American Express, Master Card, Switch, Maestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Debit, Delta, Connect or Electron through the paypal website. You do not need a paypal account to make a purchase, and there are no additional costs to you for this simple, safe way to pay.

How can I check the progress of my order?
You will receive the first proof of your design within 24 hours of the order being placed. Should you need any further information at anytime during the order process, please contact us.

Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes we do. Please email for a cost. Alternatively put a note on the order form in stage 3 of the ordering process and we will send you a price with your first stationery proof.

Does the price shown include delivery?
Yes. All the prices shown include next day delivery via a courier. A tracking number can be provided if required.

What is 300gsm?
This refers to the weight of the card used for all our bespoke funeral stationery. A very high quality thick card, with a silk finish, made from FSC Approved (environmentally friendly) paper.

What's an Affiliate Code?
This is unique code given to a Funeral home, hospital or hospice and allows us to donate 10% of every order to the chosen affiliate’s charity.  If you were directed to our site through such an establishment then you will have an affiliate code which you can input into the appropriate box during the order process.

Why am I having technical difficulties?
We want you to enjoy a smooth, trouble-free service and if you receive an unexpected error message or something strange happens while you are using the site, please make a note of the following points and contact us.

•Where were you on the site?

•What were you doing immediately before it happened?

•If you received an error message what did the complete text say?

•Do you have a screen shot of what happened?

•Does this happen repeatedly on all stationery or just one?

The more information you can give us, the quicker we will be able to identify the problem and successfully resolve it.
