What is your lead time?
Despatch of all orders are made the same day, if artwork has been signed off by 12noon.
When do you deliver?
After your order has been printed, we despatch using dpd or a highly regarded & tracked courier service. Orders are delivered on a next working day service, Monday to Friday if signed off before 12 oclock. Saturday deliveries can be arranged at an extra cost of £20.
Can I request a time for delivery?
If you need your order to be delivered on a certain day we might be able to help, just let us know and we’ll see what we can do. If your parcel went by courier on the day of delivery you’ll receive an estimated one hour delivery window in the morning of that delivery.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email or text on the morning your order leaves our factory informing you that delivery will take place that working day. In this correspondence you’ll receive a link to allow you to track your order as it makes its way around the country.
Do you deliver weekends?
We do offer a weekend delivery service, please contact us for additional costs.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Next day courier delivery, to mainland UK is all included in the price you are quoted.
I live in a remote area of the UK, what do I pay for delivery?
Shipping to remote destinations costs a bit more depending on the weight, size. Please do call us for a quotation as we can always deliver to anywhere in the world.
Yes we do. We have produced many orders for people in America, Europe and even Australia. If you live outside of the UK, please add a note in the ordering process and we will send you a price with your first stationery proof. Alternatively if you want to know the cost prior to placing your order, please call us on 01949 844447 and we’ll be happy to help.
Yes. All the prices shown include next day delivery via a courier. On the morning of your delivery we will email you a 1 hour delivery slot. Delivery will always be from 9 – 5.30pm.
Because we are helping you create a unique piece of stationery, we need a few hours to accommodate your information into the design of your choice. You can rest assured that our designers are working hard to ensure your exact requirements are met and we guarantee that you will see a proof via email within 24 hours of placing your order.
Yes you can. We are more than happy to find you an image to fit your requirements. Just add your requirements into the order process and we will do the rest.
Of course, we can add a picture of your loved one to the design of your choice and even add more to the inside if you so wish. We really want you to have the perfect funeral stationery that will reflect the life and personality of your loved one.
